Overview

Built for the duty cycle, not the brochure

The LST-HR2 is a small electric car for the trips that dominate city driving. Two versions are offered: a five-door four-seater on a 2,440 mm wheelbase with a 17.28 kWh pack and 200 km NEDC range, and a three-door two-seater on a 1,980 mm wheelbase with an 11.98 kWh pack and 165 km range. Both run a rear-mounted permanent-magnet synchronous motor, rear-wheel drive and a 100 km/h top speed — enough for urban arterials, not just back streets.

Two bodies, one drivetrain

The four-seat and two-seat versions share motor, battery architecture and running gear, so a mixed fleet needs one parts bin and one training programme.

100 km/h, not 60

A 100 km/h top speed and 102 N·m of torque put the HR2 on arterial roads and ring roads, not just neighbourhood streets — a genuine car, not an enclosed quadricycle.

8.3 m turning circle

The two-seat version turns in 8.3 m, letting it U-turn in a single sweep on a crowded market street or park in gaps other vehicles pass by.

Cheap kilometres

A 17.28 kWh pack charging overnight on off-peak tariff covers most urban duty cycles for a fraction of the fuel cost of a petrol kei car.

Choose the body that matches the duty cycle — a four-seat five-door for family and staff transport, or a compact two-seat three-door for dense inner-city work.
